What hardware do I need?
MCM POS runs in the browser and on Android tablets with the MCM POS app. It works with Verifone and PAX terminals, Epson printers and KOZEN scanners.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The POS keeps taking orders and sending them to the kitchen. Card payments wait for the connection to come back.
Can I split checks?
Yes. Split by seat, by item or evenly, and take each payment on the terminal.
Does it work for supermarkets?
Yes. MCM Market adds a barcode scanner with validated UPC and EAN codes, scale labels with price or weight and age checks.
How does IVU work?
MCM calculates state and municipal IVU on every sale, the same way at the register and on the server, and exports to SURI.
Can I keep Aloha?
Yes. Keep Aloha at the counter and send your online orders to it through Omnivore.
Is it in English and Spanish?
Yes. The dashboard, the POS and the online store work in both languages, and each station picks its own.
